Withdraw The Gambia From The Commonwealth!

have vehemently rejected dictator Yahya Jammeh’s unilateral move to withdraw the country from the Commonwealth. The rejection came in the wake of Jammeh’s recent declaration that he is pulling out Gambia’s name from the global body—Commonwealth. A senior government official, who spoke to the Freedom Newspaper cautions that unless Gambians and the world are aware of the fact that Yahya Jammeh is insane they will cease to be amazed by his dumb and foolish decisions.
“Yahya Jammeh is mad! He occasionally acts weird and stupid during cabinet meetings. If this man is not apprehended; he will kill someone one day. He is off the chain. I know what I am talking about. He came up with the idea of pulling out the Gambia from the Commonwealth while hanging out with one of his buddies name withheld. This man calls Jammeh is insane,” our source hinted.
“Some of us heard about the announcement on GRTS. And I am a senior official of this administration. A friend of mine told me that he was informed by the SG a day or so that the Gambia was going to be yanked from the Commonwealth. Jammeh is confused. As we speak, he is designing a scheme to arrest senior officials of the army on a bogus coup plot. I have seen the list of officers that he has in mind to have them arrested,” the official added.
A top NIA official who spoke to us on condition of anonymity said there is nothing left in the country to be proud of. He accuses Yahya Jammeh of isolating the country from the civilized world.
“I had the ardent belief that Jammeh’s days are numbered. National security indications suggest that he is becoming unpopular by the day. He is gradually losing grip of the country. Even the security forces are not happy with him. There is growing dissatisfaction in this country against Jammeh and his useless leadership. That dissatisfaction will sooner or later translates into a national upheaval. Jammeh has toppled himself from power without even knowing about it. His stupid decisions is going to catch up with him soon. If you look at it; in a broader perspective: Gambia’s withdrawal from the Commonwealth will no doubt expedite Jammeh’’s down fall. The more he isolates himself from the world, the more he is digging the grave for his regime’s burial. I don’t think there is any semblance of legitimacy left with this dying regime. Jammeh is an idiot,” the NIA source said.
