Pa, This is The Soldier again. Permission to write SIR. My able bossgambia we just finished our Saturday meeting at our head quarters in Dakar, we have received a lot of updates from Banjul. We are working on many stories. One story is that very soon the vice president will be replaced by the tourism minister, TIME WILL TELL. The other update we have for you my able boss is that dictator Jammeh sickness is getting worst. He is taking some medicine which makes him sleep a lot and when he is awake he talks very slow. Do you know that dictator Jammeh refused to have surgery in France. When the whole procedure was explained to him, he refused surgery and issued directives that he should fly back home. He wanted a quick surgery and did not want to stay in France for a long time. Devil Zeinab was very mad at dictator Jammeh and that is one of the reasons why she did not come back.

So he was given a lot of medication and is undergoing treatment. Dictator Jammeh told his close aides that he does not trust the white man to perform any surgery on him. He told his close aides not to disappoint him and be close to him. But some of the aides are wondering why dictator Jammeh does not want to hand over power, they know that he is terribly sick and are saying that this guy is jealous and will not hand over power to other people. The thing is that dictator Jammeh never thought that he will one day be confined to bed and never had a successor in his small brain. Right now things are falling apart, the government has collapsed, he has no money that is why he is leaning on the Lebanese and Moroccans. One thing for sure, the treatment will not be enough and dictator Jammeh MUST return to FRANCE soon. Devil Zeinab is angry that dictator Jammeh refuse to have the surgery but undergoing treatment. The doctors told dictator Jammeh that the treatment is only temporary and will not last. Dictator Jammeh does not want to stay in France for a month, this is going to be very interesting. Dictator Jammeh can you please come out and drive from Banjul to Brikama throwing biscuits, YOU CAN'T DO THIS ANYMORE. You MUST fly back to FRANCE or since you are a doctor, you must cure yourself, you are a big liar.

Pa and Fellow Gambians, today we want to concentrate on a topic that The Soldier deem it necessary for every Gambian to know. Pa and fellow GAMBIANS please take this topic seriously and share it with family and friends. The topic at hand today is what to do if approached, arrested, detained or jailed by dictator Jammeh criminals. Fellow  Gambians, as dictator Jammeh is getting sicker and sicker, as Lebanese and Moroccans are taking over the country and as Saul Badjie and Yankuba Badjie are co-presidents a lot of innocent and prominent Gambians are going to be arrested. Dictator Jammeh's plan is to make sure that high profile Gambians are arrested, jailed or killed. Dictator Jammeh will not change, he will not resign, he is wicked and will torment Gambians until he takes his last breath.

Fellow GAMBIANS take this WARNING seriously and the decision you take can make a big difference between life and death. The Soldier and team created these standards and rules and we are calling it The Soldier's Survival Guide. Dictator Jammeh is planning to arrest a lot of people and it is imperative that from now on we don't allow his criminals to arrest innocent Gambians.

This general rule applies if approached by the notorious NIA, NDEA, IMMIGRATION, ARMY and POLICE. In most cases directives will come from dictator Jammeh that someone needs to be arrested. He will deliver this either through Saul Badjie, Ousman Sonko or SG Sabally and this message will be relayed accordingly. Based on the priority of the order, a surveillance team will be first assigned to locate and monitor the person of interest. Once the person of interest is identified then a decision is made to arrest the person. It is key that if approached by any of the security agencies that you must make sure that someone is present and ask them for their warrant cards to identify themselves. Sometimes they carry fake and false warrant cards. Again make sure that someone is present by making sure that you are never by yourself, always have company with you. If you can, always stay at home at night and during the day always be with one or two people. If you are caught by surprise, you need to shout loud and call for attention. The best word people respond in Gambia is " SACHEH", meaning THIEF. Should shout "SACHEH" as much as you possible. If they want to take you without the presence of anybody then the next step of action is to FIGHT, yes FIGHT don't allow them to take you. Don't allow them to take you to a different location, you cannot give them a SECOND CHANCE. Fight to the death if necessary, GAMBIANS we need to change, we are making it easy for dictator Jammeh and his criminals.

Dictator Jammeh is hatching plans to make sure that people in the diaspora especially in Dakar or other African countries to be kidnapped and brought to Gambia. This dictator is working on his fellow Gambians. This is one of the reasons why a lot of Lebanese and Moroccans are in town, they are making plans on how to survive. So for those of you outside don't feel safe, always be on guard and be offensive. Dictator Jammeh will pay a lot of millions to have people in the diaspora be kidnapped or killed. Take this warning seriously. Yankuba Badjie who used to live in America told dictator Jammeh that if he is given million of dollars he can have black American kill some of the Gambians in America. So those in America and Europe don't feel safe, dictator Jammeh is taking this battle to another level.

Going back to the main topic, do now allow to be arrested without the presence of someone. Once you allowed to be taken then the fight is over. So fellow GAMBIANS from now on, let us resist arrest if the officers come at night or refuse to properly identify themselves. But if you end up been arrested please ask your family to get you a LAWYER as soon as possible. Remember that once you are arrested you can be taken to NIA, to a hidden detention center, Jangjangburreh, Forthbullen,Immigration detention centers, Kanilai or you can be killed. That is why one should make noise and not allowed to be taken without the presence of someone. If detain at NIA, NDEA, Police Stations, Barracks or anywhere, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't talk too much. Be quiet and refuse to talk until your lawyer shows up. In the army we used to have  a technique where we will throw you in a tiny place and let you marinate. Don't panic and remain yourself and don't allow them to intimidate you to writing a false statement. Just write the truth and sometimes they will try to force you to write a false statement which will be used against you in court. Sometimes you will be mixed with other detainees and some of them are officers trained to get information from inmates or detainees. This is why you have to keep quiet and if you can't keep quiet don't talk about the government at all. There are traps everywhere, that is why your best chance of defense is to refuse arrest and get out of the country. Unfortunately this is today's GAMBIA. The DG of NIA and Saul Badjie are capable of committing any type of heinous crime. They will do anything to satisfy dictator Jammeh, this is why they have been promoted. Remember The Soldier long time ago reported that ministers, DGs, MDs, permanent secretaries will be arrested, did it not happen? It will continue happening and dictator Jammeh and his Lebanese partners are going to expand this into arresting even businessmen whom they deem competitors. So one cannot compete with these Lebanese, you will loose the fight.

So in summary try your best and refuse to be arrested without the presence of someone. If arrested don't talk too much and only write the truth on the statement. Get a lawyer and try to get bail. If you are refuse bail then that is not a good sign, try to flee on the first opportunity you get. Know what to eat, eat in small dosage. Know your surroundings. Hope The Soldier's guidelines will help and this will be expanded more in the next weekend edition. Gambians brace for the WORST. One thing for sure dictator Jammeh will continue arresting, jailing, torturing and killing GAMBIANS. At the same time he will empower the Lebanese and Moroccans and handover the country to them.

This is The Soldier, RIP ELLO JALLOW and MILE-2 NINE.
