The president of the Republic of the Gambia, His Excellency Sheikh Professor Alhaji Dr. Yahya AJJ Jammeh will leave Banjul International Airport today, Friday, January 10, 2014 at 9.30 am to attend the meeting of ECOWAS heads of states and the Japanese prime minister to be held in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, the presidency announced Thursday evening.
“Those expected to attend the usual departure ceremonies are urged to be at the airport at least half an hour before departure,” the release concluded.
